Sold it all in Sept 2008 - Thank God. I sold out when the DOW was 11200 and saved myself a 200,000 loss. Now I have to figure when to go back in. i don't think much before 4th quarter 2009. I believe the DOW will flirt with 6500 before we bottom. I would not have done this if I was young and still working and had time to catch up. I am retired and could not take the risk to lose any more- had already lost 150,000. I now have a lot in laddered CD's and whole bunch on the side in cash.
