We have a first floor and a partial second story over half the house. We also have a small basement and a big crawl space that could be mad into a big basement. The photo is a VERY rough idea of what our house is like because we changed the plans a lot and made it bigger and gabled the back of the bedroom upstairs, too. We bought the house in a kit form and built it just the two of us. We are still working on it. It cost us under $100,000
