Yes and No. Yes, but only for the people who are good, honest, hard working people who will have an even harder time making ends meet. People who didn't/couldn't set aside a rainy day fund to get them through tough times. A lot of innocent people will pay for the greed of our economy unfortunately. No, because it's good and natural to wring out excesses in the economy.
