  • Rah Band - Clouds Across The Moon.
  • it happens all the time... this might not be the truly OLD songs just some older songs from my past.... i can play one song over and over again for days! :-)
  • I had a couple that I can think of. My Girl by Chillawack. A few songs by Cliff Richard. And there was that one Genesis song that I asked about on here, I think it's called I Can't Dance.
  • Yeah, regularly. Then it'll get old and i'll rediscover something else. Right now i'm hooked on "That Song" by Big Wreck. It's a song that, to me at least, is similar to what you're asking.
  • Glad you asked this question. Here is living proof that the old songs are the best ever songs. Clint Black just re-recorded "Long Cool Woman".
  • My most recent older one is Joe's garage.
  • Oh yes, from time to time. A few years ago I remember hearing 'Mad World' while my daughter was watching 'Donnie Darko' and was absolutely taken by it, partly because I remembered the Tears for Fears original, but mostly because I loved the Gary Jules version so much more. I made it my business to get a copy, playing it over and over whenever I had the chance. I know what you mean! Another one like this was 'Late for the Sky' by Jackson Browne; I'd heard it briefly in the previous couple of years then suddenly decided I wanted to hear it again... went on a mission to get it and then played it until it came out of my ears!
  • Absolutely. It happens all the time. Most recently it was Live - "Lightning Crash"
