    THE UNITED STATES DO NOT OWN ANY OF THE PANDAS.. THEY BELONG TO CHINA AND ARE ON LOAN FOR 12 YEARS. THEY ARE TO BE RETURNED WHEN AND IF THE EPIDEMIC THAT THREATENS TO WIPE THEM OUT IS EVER GONE. ALL THE BABIES BORN TO THE PANDAS ARE ALSO TO BE RETURNED TO CHINA AND DO NOT BELONG TO THE UNITED SATES.. THEY BELONG TO CHINA. ANY AND ALL PANDAS AND BABIES

    I would not think the United States owns all the pandas. Surely China and Tibet owns some pandas. I have never heard of countries leasing animals to another country before. But I do know there are many animals in the U.S. that are from many different countries.
