This is a difficult question to answer. Honda claims it spent over $1 million to develop the RCV211V. Is a single instance of the bike worth that, though? Perhaps, to the competition... I'm not sure how much it costs to put together a new bike when one gets crashed, but it's probably in the half a mil range.

i know you can buy a Ducati Desmosedici motogp repli racer for about $82,000. I guess for and actual Moto Gp bike you could multiply that by at least by 4. Probably more. Not really sure.
