I currently have a 1200 sq. ft. commercial property in Florida - I want to market for rent to several pharmacies. Does anyone know if there are any regulations about building requirements for pharmacies (ie: windows, alarm system, drug security, etc.)?

You should let the tenant dictate their requirements. I know for security purposes they will want some kind of wire mesh in the walls that separate the space with other tenants and the walls will need to go all the way to the roof deck.
