  • Focus on yourself! Possibly a bubble bath? A feel good movie?
  • Try to find Bubble's rap song. I found a bunch of stuff on Limewire, I think it was Lime wire. That should make you smile.
  • Talk a walk outside on a beautiful day. Fresh air and a little exercise can go a very long way. **HUG**
  • Exercise is the natural antidepressant, and it only takes a little. Just walk 20 minutes 3 days a week, and you'll start to feel better.
  • Maybe find a good funny movie to watch? You also need to try and figure out what is making you depressed.
  • go to the beach somewhere and spend at least a couple of hours
  • Hang around with good friends!
  • What can get you through things is to have a goal-oriented outlook on life. You need to keep busy and stay motivated and know what your goals are and know what you want to do. Also, take some comfort in the lessons learned from what has hurt you. You can look forward to having a better outcome in the future. Maybe you can get more involved in a hobby, a group, a club, a sport. Maybe you can go back to what you feel the most comfort in doing. Try finding something new that interests you.
  • It is true, exercise, walking actually, is the best for depression. Gets you out of yourself. Everyone gets low now and again, just don't let it suck you in, there are good therapists and they won't put you on meds, just talk to you, maybe something is really bothering you.
