Paranormal activity is a link to our dearly departed. There always have been and always will be those that will believe anything that can give them contact with those who are gone. Some people do it for money, some do it so they have their link to their loved ones. If one is desperate enough one can find "Proof" anywhere and nothing will convince them otherwise. If believing helps you no harm done but beware of those who wish to profit from your belief.

I think it's something you have to experience to really believe. I saw a ghost as a teen and it freaked me out. I ran and told my mom exactly what I had seen. She sat me down and calmed me down and eventually we laughed about how the sun played tricks on my eyes. A while later the previous owner of our house (her and my mother had become friends) came over for a visit. My mom told her what I saw and she paled. Her aunt (who had piercing blue eyes and long blond hair) had passed away shortly after we bought the house and had lived there for most of her life. I saw the 'ghost' reading a book in my sisters room. That used to be her aunts study. It was enough to make both me and my mother into believers.

Proof? If you give someone a ghost caught on film(nightvision) they say it's a fake. You say you saw an apparation of a person and everyone thinks you're lying. There's living proof all around you- if you choose to believe it is your decision. The only way most people will believe something is if they see it with thier own eyes- and sometimes they stil don't believe it. The idea of Paranormal activity is more of something you choose to believe or not. If you really want to understand you just have to keep your ears open and don't dismiss everything as a myth. You can believe it if you want to-proof is what you really want it to be.Hope I helped.

    1) "Approaching paranormal phenomena from a research perspective is often difficult because even when the phenomena are seen as real they may be difficult to explain using existing rules or theory. By definition, paranormal phenomena exist outside of conventional norms. Skeptics contend that they don't exist at all. Despite this challenge, studies on the paranormal are periodically conducted by researchers from various disciplines."

"An anecdotal approach to the paranormal involves the collection of anecdotal evidence consisting of informal accounts. Anecdotal evidence, lacking the rigour of empirical evidence, is not amenable to scientific investigation. The anecdotal approach is not a scientific approach to the paranormal because it leaves verification dependent on the credibility of the party presenting the evidence. It is also subject to such logical fallacies as cognitive bias, inductive reasoning, lack of falsifiability, and other fallacies that may prevent the anecdote from having meaningful information to impart. Nevertheless, it is a common approach to paranormal phenomena."

"Experimental investigation of the paranormal is largely conducted in the multidisciplinary field of parapsychology."
"To date there have been no experimental results that have gained wide acceptance in the scientific community as valid evidence of paranormal phenomena."

    2) People having experienced themselves anecdotal evidence could believe in the existence of paranormal activity for this reason.

Simple because it is nonsense. Driven by a government to pull the wool over everyone's eyes to the real truth.
