    Children, in my experience, get interested when they see others the same age getting it 'right'! If you can mix your child with some children who are actually using the potty your child will not want to be left behind (I hope!!)

    My daughter started when she noticed the older kids at daycare didn't wear diapers. She was very proud when she got to wear her first pair of big girl panties. Although potty training is great, it's not easy and very messy. Good luck.
