Is GPA of 2.5 enough to get into business school (master degree) of UK universities like Loughborough or UEA?

Here are more about my profile: - I hope to graduate a BA in communication arts next year and wish to go right the way to a grad school. So I will have no working experince. - I am Thai and studying in a leading Thai university in english program. - I want to study management or might be marketing - I haven't take the IELTS exam yet but I think I can make it to 7.0 These are what I expect: - a green campus university; I don't want to live in London. - few Thai people study there - low crime rate - cheap place to live - good hall of residents; I wanna live on the campus - good quality of teaching and student satisfaction These are some places i'm interested: Loughborough, East Anglia, Bradford (Any suggestions?) Please help recommend some good places for me. So sorry If I seem too demanding. I just want the place that best suit me. THANKS for all your help!!
