i was told you'd get Pneumonia, but i disagree with it, i think as long as your dressed, you'll be fine haha :)

I was always told that it would make you sick or give you a cold. A theory I have heard is that the pores of the skin are more open and is stripped of protective oils making one more vulnerable to germs. I'm not sure if these claims have been shown to be right or wrong.
