Why does the pentagon have twice as many bathrooms as any other goverment building?

The REAL reason, is that when the building was constructed in 1945, the bathrooms were labeled as follows: "MEN - COLORED ONLY" "MEN - WHITE ONLY" "WOMEN - COLORED ONLY" "WOMEN - WHITE ONLY" Today, the bathrooms (twice as many as are actually needed) remain, but the signs have changed. +5
