I think that sometimes, certain things that happen should not be caught on tape. This would just be one step closer to being watched every where you go. I do however, believe that offender of certain laws should be required this and many other things in their lives to be recorded at all times. Even for first time offenders.

I feel like in certain cases yes, but in others I feel like it may be a breech of privacy.
