    I am on 50mg/week injections for psoriasis & psoriatic arthritis. It works wonders on my knee, but doesn't do anything for the psoriasis on my feet. I've heard that it helps with plaque type psoriasis. If it doesn't work, your doctor will probably just go up the ladder - Enbrel, Humira, Remicade, etc. until you find something that works.     I am on etanercept injections and have found it to work miracles for the skin and joints. Good luck for the future, there is hope out there after all.
