Yes, though it is a twofold thing, for the perfect question is one that is asked on one knee, but it is only perfect if there is a yes that follows said question.

Night dreamed it and Day dreamed it for a life time, never thought I'd get to ask it though but life is funny and I know people do get second chances and a lot of them make it work. When the time is right you can bet I'll ask it and yes, for me it is the perfect question. I bet you can guess what it is.
