Some principal violations are: 1. Spamming the site 2. Posting inflammatory questions/answers/comments 3. Attacking other users (through questions, answers and comments)

The major one is Spamming the site. It's done all the time, through answers, questions, even member names. All of that is against the TOU. And then attacking others, offensive posts, especially ones to inflame others to retaliating.
