New floor and paint job in the kitchen and maybe new carpet in the living room, but probably not that far.

1) Paint over all the dirty little hand prints that won't wash off 2) Fix the hole behind my son's bedroom door caused by his plunging a screwdriver through the dry wall (he wanted to see what was behind it) 3) New carpet in the kids' bedrooms (don't ask) 4) New windows (hey, the house is 16 years old, it's time)

It's pretty much newly renovated as-is, but I would definitely update the downstairs bathroom. It sucks.
