  • Lots of Hebrew writing, such as the Scriptures, doesn't always use the vowels, makes it hard to translate sometimes. That's why Torahs are only official in Hebrew, same thing with Arabic and the Koran. Translations might not be accurate. But,also, Jewsih traditional law says the true name of God, is not to be pronounced or written. Rabbis and others will often write G.., or even ..., instead of even using the word God. Some will only write Y..., or Y..H. Leaving out the vowels makes YHWH an incomplete word which some accept as an incomplete name. BTW, INRI, is not an incomplete name, tho apparently some folks think Jesus Christ's middle initial is H. for Henry.
