Take it one day at a time and remember that if you give in that its sex and not real love. You will almost certainly regret it afterwards. Lovemaking is supposed to feel good before, during and after. Not make you want to puke.

Remember why you broke up in the first place. Obviously he wasn't worth your company. Don't give him the satisfaction of being able to "get some" from his baby mama whenever he feels like he can take advantage of you. Think to yourself all the times he made you feel bad...that should kill the fire. If you have kids, you've probably been together a long time like me, and it's weird not having that person around after so many years of him being there. Trust me, you are better off...eventually you will find someone else and he will rock your world! Good luck!

This happened to me as well. I would seperate from my partner and then he would start being affectionate. We would have sex and the next day he is back to his old self again until the next time he wants sex. It's just not worth it because you feel hideous afterwards
