  • I really never had a goal in terms of career or being successful at something. I expected to go to college, find someone, get married and have kids...I kinda did that..the college was two-year, I had one kid...I am not ambitious in the sense of having to prove I'm good at something..nor do I enjoy competing with others to try to "beat" them and thus, prove, I suppose, I'm better..none of that interests me at all. Being a mom..that's what I'm best at and what I would have loved to be able to do 24/7. I had to work, and fortunately I found something I could do well, and I provided a good life for my child. With only two years of college, I was very lucky to get the kinds of jobs I did and make the money I did when I needed it. :)
  • I set out to be the best person I could be, and to be a good wife and partner to my husband, with whatever side trips or additional stops life brought me. And that is still the same road I am traveling on:-)
