Just last spring I had a specialty for our area, maple cotton candy. I'd never tried it before and there is nothing else like it I am hooked and as soon as sugaring season is done, I'll go find more!

Halloween. Do you know that a 18 inch high cone of cotton candy has the same amount of sugar as a 12 ounce serving of Coke? I always find it funny to see the parents who won't let their children have cotton candy because of the sugar, then they buy the child a pop. Oh the hypocrisy!

Many years ago.......used to love it until I over-dosed on it. A childhood friend's Dad had a popcorn, candy apple, cotton candy wagon (like a large van/truck).....one day he came back after a rainout and told us we could eat whatever we wanted.......we literally pigged out. Now the thought still makes me shiver....
