How does one get property rezoned from one type to other? Ex: commerical to residential

    babybird719

    To get an area rezoned, you have to take your request to the zoning committee. Your neighbors are then notified of your request and if they have any objections they can voice them. The zoning committee then votes to decide if you get your request
