i would open a parts shop

A knick knack bricker-brack odds and ends emporium.

Combination Bakery/Restaurant/Deli..high-end imported stuff in the Deli...the sandwiches would be made with bread made on the premises..the pasta would be homemade..no prepackaged "stuff"..maybe a few "standards" but since I'm an emotional cook, it would usually be whatever I was in the mood to cook and bake..but I'd have my "regulars" and they could always make requests! :)
