Yep, I designed mine myself on my PC and had the print room at my local college print them for me. The whole thing was cheap because my dad worked at the college. If you know someone who has a print room at work or at school/college then you could ask them to use their staff/student discount.

I just used microsoft word, my invitations were just one side, not folded or anything. You could use pretty much any publishing program if you wanted to do anything fancy.

Here's what I'm doing, buying Black paper (choose any color) from a craft/stationary store, Printing up the invitations on the comp and buying ribbon to attach the two pieces through 2 hole punches in the top of the paper, then I'm having my briedsmaids and other participants over to have champagne and put them together and stuff envelopes.

    Cheap and fun!
