Can you get arrested for having photos developed of yourself abusing drugs? If you were to take a disposable camera into tescos for a 1 hour development, can the person developing the photos call the police if the photos show drug abuse? (in the UK)

From my understanding of the law over there you can not get arrested for it. First they have no proof that what you are doing is actually illegal drugs. Second of all they can't prove that if you are using a device to do the drugs that it is actually parafanalia(spelling?). There is however the case that it may lead to a search of your persons or property because they could use it as probable cause. They would be reaching on their part but if the photo does show a possible crime they can legally investigate it in most cases. But you cannot be arrested just because of the photo. But if they search your house and find the bong you had used in the picture then your screwed but they don't waste there time on pictures with drug use in them.
