Technically, it means that it kills microbes. It *Might* kill larger internal parasites as well, but I wouldn't count on it.

No it doesn't. If you are looking to kill internal parasites, like worms, you need something with wormwood and black walnut hulls, and pumpkin and melon seeds. The product I like and use is called Intestinal Freedom and works very well.
