Have you had an injury? It doesnt have to be to the toe, it could be nerve damage.

Seeking medical advice is a good idea. The problem may be minor now but could grow. Could be nerve damage also. I have spinal narrowing (arthritis making less room for the spinal column) and have noted slight toe and foot numbness at times. This has been medically diagnosed.

Could be nerve damage. I have a spot on my heel that's the same.
