A steak hoagie with lots of pizza sauce, lettuce, tomatoes, onions and provolone. -or- Philly Cheesesteak with grilled onions, peppers, and mushrooms, sprinkled with oregano and smothered with mayo. :)

My favorite "hogie" is called a po boy where I am from, and it's fried shrimp--dressed. Dressed means it has lettuce, tomato, ketchup, and mayo. Unfortunately, I am now allergic to shrimp and can't eat them anymore. :(
