  • Try leaving them in a pan full of cold water for a couple of minutes after you've boiled them. They should be easier to peel then...
  • When they are done cooking, I empty the pan of hot water and I immediately fill it with cold and after a few minutes, drain it and shake the pan to crack all the shells. Then more cold water for a few minutes and peel them in the water. They come off real easy. It also helps if the eggs are a few days old, just like chicken or duck eggs.
