Though I can't remember the recipe, a long island ice tea contains about a half dozen different boozes. Not sure about your head, but it will knock you on your a**.

Two drinks come to mind, both consisting of more or less similar poisons. One not as popular as the other, but still shouldn't be overlooked. Soo, see for yourself and let me know your opinion. 1) Long Island Iced Tea (most popular) 1/2 oz. Spiced Rum 1/2 oz. Vodka 1/2 oz. Triple Sec 1/2 oz. Gin 1/2 oz. Tequila 1/2 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice one half oz. Simple Syrup Mix all these ingredients together and then add: 4 to 5 oz. Coca-Cola Bottom's up!! and here is the underdog: 2) Adios (aka Adios M*****F*****) 1/2 oz Vodka 1/2 oz Rum 1/2 oz Tequila 1/2 oz Gin 1/2 oz Blue Curacao 2 oz Sour mix Mix all ingredients together and then add: 2 oz 7-Up Either way both of these are guaranteed to knock you off your head! :) hope this helps.. The best way is tequila and champagne slammers- you need a few but its a massive high. You will need a few shot glasses make sure they're fairly sturdy. Fill each half and half with tequila (preferably a reposado) and champagne. Cover the glass with either your hand or a napkin, slam down on the table and gulp down. PS. BE CAREFUL!!! I suggest you do these in the comfort of your own home rather than out on the town as you may forget where you live.

It's called a STRIKE OUT. Take a bong hit, drink a full glass of beer, take a shot of whiskey, then blow the smoke out from the bong hit. That will, as you say, "knock you off your head"!

The Rusty Nail will cure what ails you or make you stop worrying about what ails you. Ingredients: * 1 1/2 oz Scotch * 1/2 oz Drambuie * 1 twist of Lemon peel Mixing instructions: Pour the Scotch and Drambuie into an old-fashioned glass almost filled with ice cubes. Stir well. Garnish with the lemon twist.

curiasity kills the kats. we never really never measured it we just mixed it to taste and if you dodnt like it after a few you wont know the diff. wisky scotch strwbarry dakari apple pucker blackberry pucker golden classic gin red wine vodka and any 3 rums you like. have fun!

Cervantes already covered the recipe but I'll tell ya: The Long Island Ice tea knocked me off my ASS!! maybe not my head but I remember WHAT A DRINK!! and it tasted just like an ICE TEA!!! I was pleading with my wife to please stop the roller coaster ride but she said she was driving the car about 25 MPH. I did'nt make it. She had to pull over twice. Is that KNOCK YOU OFF YOUR HEAD stuff?
