Sure can. 400+ cm of snow from Nov 15th until Feb 15th and now it's in this 'grey area' of melting during the day and forming ice at night, so the roads are absolutely horrible.

sure..it was raining and snowing here today..but i can't get too upset, it's not like it can last much longer.
