Why do american accuse other countrys of having nuclear weapons, when americans are the only country that used nuclear weapons.

Because we actually think that they do. Maybe experience tells us that we wouldn't want any other country to experience the same guilt that is felt by us as a people because of our not-so-very-well-thought-out actions of the past.

well if you refering to the current conflit.... the best way to wage war against IRAQ was to accuse them of having weapons of mass destruction .... everyone knows it was for control of OIL, its a natural resource that is rapidly depleting and our consumtion is still increasing. No oil = no war machine.
