How much do you weigh now? (yes this is significant) *********** That should be easy then. The less you weigh the harder it is to lose weight. You may even lose more then 5 lbs. This is how I lose weight when I am trying. Eat 5-6 small meals a day and make sure you eat the moment you wake up in the morning. This will jump start your metabolism and keep your metabolism going during the day. Eat only healthy carbs like whole wheat flour products, do not cut then out completely because women really need them. A piece of fruit or a salad is considered a meal. Count your calories and make sure you are getting enough, but not too much, depending on your lifestyle. DO NOT STARVE yourself or take diet pills. This doesn't work. If I can think of anything else I will add it. I'm a bit off today.

Swimming, a very good cardio workout and much less strenuious on the knees. The water balances your weight more so it's much more smooth. I also find it very enjoyable. Hope this helps!

Eliminate carbohydrates,......any sugar and no food white in color. Flour, bread, rice, keep up the excersise

YOu can loose 5lbs by doing that alone, as long as you eat even just semi healthly. I would say 2 -3 days a week do low weight, high rep weight lifting. That will help as well, stay away from refined sugar and pop. YOu will loose more than 5lbs in 2 months.
