Good pizza and bagels. Nothing like NY pizza and bagels.

Nothing, but beef on wick and Buffalo wings are local specialties.

I think that papas arrugadas, a particular variety of small potatoes that are cooked with the skin on in sea water, and gofio, a derivative of maize, are unique to the Canary Islands.

Pasties! MMMMMM, they're so good. Old ladies make them out of their houses and put signs on the road and people just come in and buy them. Kinda of a meat pie, like in Sweeney Tood. <shivers>;)
