Your best bet is to go directly to the post office. If you can send it first class in a regular business size envelope, it does not exceed the new thickness guidelines and you do not need any additional services such as delivery confirmation or insurance, then you should be able to use only the one 41-cent first class stamp. However: if you use an oversized envelope or you exceed the thickness allowed, you will need additional postage. Don't waste money by applying a second stamp, though. Take it to the post office to have it weighed and measured. Additional weight and size postage amounts go up in small increments - NOT an additional 41 cents at a time.
