  • I have 636 answers with zero points. I am pretty much used to it.
  • I think a quarter is a lot, a big percentage. That's too bad:-( But when you've answered as many questions as I have, I probably have ten times the number of all your questions as unrated. But I do answer many questions that one timers ask about things so I don't expect points for them. It's just what happens here when you answer things that are not fluffy or fun for many people. It seems the less the answers to a question, the less the points for others, too. And, well, not many people know questions about rabbits, or parrots, or house construction:-)
  • I, at last count, had over 1500 answers with no points. I'm not too worried about it.
  • No. Think of it as a .750 batting average. (My ratio is pretty much the same, no big whoop) : )
  • Don't look. Ignorance is bliss sometimes;)
  • Maybe just by the negative status ones. The ones un-pointed may just mean that the Qs didn't strike readers as either significantly good or significantly bad or "pointless" (no pun originally intended, but it works)
  • Being new to this AB thing, I can offer nothing in the way of advice or even sympathy. But I figured since you are in need of answers, I would stop by. I find this whole rating thing fascinating. Here and elsewhere on the many forums, chat rooms, etc. That we humans are in constant need of having our self worth reinforced by others tickles me to no end. I am as guilty as anyone I guess. I admit to feeling good seeing one of my answers be the top one of so many. And then coming back later and, "Ah Man, that dude just got more points than me." I just have to chuckle. But your real question is should you be bothered? In my opinion no you shouldn't. There is always a new question down the road. If you want to feel real frustration and a feeling of no one likes me, start a blog. I was two years into mine before I built an audience, small though it is.
  • No, it's only points...But kudos for discovering a great way to get sympathy points. I see that you are clearly no longer in that only your newest question has no points and I don't see any in negative status. Congratulations
  • Among my active answers, I have myself: - 46/15389 with negative ratings - 6154/15389 with zero rating (40%) Should I be bothered?... Actually, I think this is quite normal for most of us.
