The name is the same for either gender.It's always ballerina.

I don't. The word has been used, but it is not official and may be used in jest. A more usual term would be danseur, from the French. As a ballerina is strictly speaking a principal dancer, the equivalent would be "principal male dancer". The term "cavalier" has been used, but this is really just for the old-fashioned male role of supporting the ballerina.
