My sister is going through a divorce, she signed the papers. Is there anyway that she can contest the divorce? Her ex withheld her copy until they were signing them. He also put in the papers that she could not have the kids around our family.

My husband is military and filing a divorce here where he is stationed. I am from another state and my children were also born there, however I do live where he is statione. Can I contest this and ask for a change of venue from one state to another state?

Yeah... I was gonna say that too... if he is still legally married to the first woman - your marriage doesn\'t exist... he doesn\'t have to divorce you since you were never legally married! sorry hon.
