I have decided to have a septoplasmy, is there any advise you can give to assist in recovery?

I haven't had and don't intend to get one, a friend of mine got one for sinus issues and about 6 months later her problems came back and I've heard of them coming back in most people within 5 years.

I had surgery on turbinates. After 6 months, status same. That said, I'm big on nutritional supplements like epithelial tissue support, MSM and Vit C.
