ok i have a boss that will tell me he wants stuff done and i need to post reminders in my outlook ect. but he has a report of mine that i am suppose to check every mornin and he never checks it unless i remind him like 2-3 times and it is usually like 3:00 when it does get done. he does things like that to all of us all the time. or he will call be 3 hours late come in pay his bills then leave again to do more errons. then come back and what to know what you have been doing all day.

I might qualify for having had the biggest nutter ever for a boss: * Threw things at people. * Had 2 hour meetings in which he would rant and rave about nothing the entire time. We also had to stand up and get permission to be seated before the meeting started too. * On 9/11 he refused to evacuate the office because HE wasn't done discussing budget issues. * Sent out e-mails (from the office) at 3 a.m. on numerous ocassions. Slept on the sofa. These were not hot issues, but a lot of ranting. * Dumb enough to ruin a 30 year career with the Navy after the Inspector General terminated his employment. Threw a hissy when the same people who ousted him did not host a farewell party for him. WTFO? * Actually claimed that because he was an 0-6 that his porn movies would be paid for by the government as a travel expense. Uh uh. Nope. Didn't happen. * Made his wife walk behind him with her head bowed at the holiday party. Does he win as the craziest?

I don't have the craziest boss, but she's very moody, agressive and bipolar. I really don't know what made her that way.

He isn't crazy just quirky. He answers my questions with questions. He doesn't always disclose what he's thinking. He's nicer somedays than ever. WOW he'd make a great AB user! He did call himself a "guru" once!
