Is it possible for a 13 year old to take a [free] online college course to become a certified veterinary technician? I want to be a volunteer vet tech.

College Course? Not at 13. Before you take Any college courses (and they will NOT be free) you have to have your Completed High School Credits which at 13 i know you don't have. Maybe try taking courses through your local community center if they have it?

No. Do you know a vet personally? You may be able to volunteer, but the vet is not going to bring on that kind of liability for just anyone.

I have known people of 13 years to do college courses..yes..but it may be wise to contact a known vets association/practise and gain advice from them :D
