spring rolls, sweet and sour pork, and a fortune cookie. Couldn't find fish and chips anywhere, only chinkies and some occasional curry.

Breakfast, lunch, tea, dinner, supper? And upper class, working class, middle class? In at least one category, bangers and beans. In another, fish and chips. Or perhaps roast beef with Yorkshire pudding, asparagus and a baked potato, with a nice red table wine. A green salad to begin, cheese for dessert.
