Has anyone on AB visited Prince Edward Island? Just a nice place to visit, or would you want to live there?

Yes I visited P.E.I. in 1998. We enjoyed our vacation. I could see living there, on the very west end ogf the Island.

Beautiful place to visit. It's a very small island. For people who like small town living, it's a beautiful place to live.

We visited PEI last summer. We had a great time! Its a small island which is great, as you don't have to drive far to get to things, and with the price of gas nowadays thats a plus also. You can get there by ferry boat, which takes about 1 hour 45 mins. You can also get there by the conferation bridge, which is,in my opinion, quite boring. There are lots of attractions to keep you busy, but if your looking to relax, this is the place for you. The people are friendly, and the pace is slow, all which make a vacation what it should be, enjoyable! I think it would be a great place to live or visit. Go, see for youself, you won't be dissapointed, I promise.

I am currently dreaming about going to live there. i come from malta so the change in climate is something to consider. I am 24, single and a child and youth counsellor and would want to find a good job there before transferring my whole life there!
