After working in a school system for many many years, I think I have finally mastered the art of being very personable around other people.

it depends sometimes i just can not hid the really me but overall I think i am pretty personable for my job

One on one works best with me. I can talk to anyone standing in a line or sitting next to me. I'm really good with small talk.

I can get along with anyone, if I want. I usually come off as an ass, but pick and choose instead of being nice to everyone. Its more real. Does that make sense?
