You are driving in a neighborhood and turn a corner. At that moment you see a delapitated vehicle speeding away from the curb where a childs bike is laying on the sidewalk. You can see two people in the car, but that's it. What do you do?

get the #plate and call the cops.

All you can do is get as much info as you can and report it to the authorities. If you followed, you would not only be endangering yourself but possibly the child if there was one.

This happened in the city I live about a year ago. The woman who saw this happen called the police. An Amber alert was set in place and the vehicle immediatly found. Turns out it was nothing. Child in car with irresponsible dad driving fast 'past' the point of where the bike was. The woman who reported it was ridiculed by the media for making a false report. CRAZY EFFIN WORLD MAN!!!!

Call the cops, and media razzing be damned. Better safe than sorry. The putz in the car should be glad. Could have been his kid.
