    In my experience, Tidal Wave at Thorpe Park. You don't even have to be on the ride to get wet!

    The worlds wettest water rides just have to be the Snake River Falls and Thunder Canyon at Cedar Point (from my experience).

    I think Popeye & Bluto's Bilge-Rat Barges at Universal Studios Island of Adventure, Florida I personally went on this ride and like everyone else I got absolutely soaked to the skin. I even had to change my socks and dry my shoes!
