Who are "they"? The hidden powers that determine the rules of society, the unspoken way to live one's life, and what they think/feel is normal or abnormal? I'd have to say no.

Given that there is one of me and about 6,000,000,000 "they" I'd say it's like choosing the right lane at the supermarket checkout - Someone will always appear "righter" for a while at least. :-) Seriously? Of course not, I am.

Yes, if they are my bosses. They will always be right in matters of interpretation. My good friend Sam gave me two "golden" rules of management: (1) Bosses are always right. (2) If they are wrong, refer to rule number 1. :)
