Where can I find a wireless transmitter / receiver for cable TV so I can put my TV in another room without running wires?

Sharperimage.com has a wireless receiver and transmitter called "TV Everywhere" for $199.95.

It is widely available ( I found a used set at a thrift shop) based on my one encounter. It is a substitute for a long rca cable (audio and video) for any configuration. If your tv is older, you would need a vcr (cheap used one) or a radioshack device to go from cable to rca. I bought it for ten bucks and had wireless tv or video.
