more than you know. i think that is why i hate my job so much. 2 years ago i loved it but the longer i am here the worse it gets.

probably. like most people in their jobs. when you get everything right you rarely hear praise but when something goes wrong you soon hear complaints!

I don't think so, I have some great bosses who publicly tell others what a great job I'm doing. I enjoy my job and work with a lot of great people. They tell me thank you and have given raises. Sadly, I think that is not a commen thing these days.
